Absolutely! Our retreats are right for you if love a community based environment, challenging yourself to overcome new experiences, fitness, traveling, personal growth, wellness, and more. We strive to get you out of your comfort zone and build a community that is like-minded.
Evolution Retreats host an average of 20-30 people per trip. We cap the number of people on each trip to cultivate a sense on community and inclusivity.

Now that you have secured your place, you will receive a confirmation email with all the important details regarding your upcoming retreat. This email will include your itinerary, what you need to pack, and a brief overview of what to expect during your time with Aspire. Our team will also be in touch to ensure you have everything you need and to answer any additional questions. We are excited to support you every step of the way on your journey to personal growth!
We highly encourage it! It’s a scary concept, but it’s the best way to be who you want to be and have no attachments to home (jobs/friends/family). Upon arrival, you will feel the warm welcome into our Evolving culture. For accommodations you will be placed with a roommate for your trip, if you’d like a single room it will be an additional cost. If this is something holding you back, we would love to set up a call between you and one of our Retreat organizers to share more info.
Yes, our retreats are designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to start your fitness journey or an experienced athlete seeking to enhance your routine, our activities are tailored to meet your needs. Our trainers are skilled in modifying workouts to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively. We focus on providing personalized attention to help each participant achieve their fitness goals, making sure that everyone can benefit from our retreat regardless of their current fitness level.
We try our best to accommodate any special dietary needs you might have. Please, let us know what your regimen is beforehand, when booking, so we can speak with the hotel/property regarding your specific needs.
This depends on your doctor’s orders, please let us know during the booking process. We will do our best to make any modifications or accommodations for you so you can best enjoy your stay! Please be aware that this could limit what you can participate in during the trip.
You should be safe to book your flights just as you receive the confirmation of your trip after you submit your payment for the retreat. If your arrival flight is the same day as the beginning of the retreat, you should plan on arriving to the location in the morning/early afternoon.
Definitely! It is mandatory for any of our trips. The insurance has to cover cases of personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation. We strongly recommend you to get a policy that also covers cancellation, personal liability, loss of luggage, and any other personal effects. It is obligatory for you to provide proof of your travel insurance before going on the trip.
Once you have been accepted into our retreat you will receive an email with an invoice.
You must place your deposit to secure your place. The final remaining payment is due 45 days before the retreat beings. You can pay for the entire amount in one payment as well, just let us know what works best for you.
Your spot will not be fully reserved until we have received full payment of the retreat. If you fail to make your final payment, you lose your spot in the retreat and do not receive a refund or credit for the first payment you made.
Once your payment is made we do not offer any refunds, you can cancel and receive a credit towards a future retreat as long as it is six weeks before the start of the retreat, fees may apply. We do pay all accommodations, vendors, and staff before we arrive so this is a strict policy.
We do not offer refunds for personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend purchasing travel protection insurance to protect your investment in such situations.
No refunds will be given in the event you arrive late or leave the retreat early.
Generally credits can be applied towards a future retreat for up to one year of the cancelled trip, however price differences still apply.
You can transfer your reservation to another person, note that fees or charges may apply.

No need to worry about missing the present moment!
We have professional photographers and videographers that are there to capture every memory and moment during the retreat. At the end of the trip you will have access to all videos and pictures sent via email.
This is all included when you book your spot.
Go for it! Once you book your retreat stay with us, you may contact the hotel or place of stay to extend or add days to your trip/booked room. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for those additional charges and will have to make a separate reservation.
If you experience a medical emergency during the retreat, let the organizers know immediately who will assist you in accessing appropriate medical care. Please note that is mandatory to have medical insurance that covers any healthcare visits and treatments in the country we are in.
Things happen! Once you get there join in on the fun and adventure! No refunds will be given due to missed time on the retreat.
No, our cancellation policy remains unchanged regardless of external circumstances, including COVID-19 or other global crises. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to mitigate any risks.
You will receive a pack list with your itinerary! Each location and trip is different based on the retreat you select you will receive a pack list with your itinerary emailed to you once you are confirmed to join us!
If we are running, hiking, doing a pool workout or in the ocean please make sure you are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. Use sunscreen and properly hydrate! Please be mindful of your own physical limitations, you know them better than we do.
You can book a single room, however there is a price increase. Please note that single rooms are subject to availability. We partner solo travelers in a double room, and group those of the same sex.
